Are you not satisfied with the package you received or is it not the way you wanted? If yes, we would like to assist you in the best possible manner.
We assist you with the return or refund in certain cases. In any case, if the product you received is damaged or it is not the item you ordered, then, in that case, you are eligible for a return. While applying for the return or refund for the product, kindly ensure you have the damaged product images or the video of opening the package.
In such a condition, drop us an email at care@floranile.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. If you inform us later, you will not be eligible for the return or refund.
Our delivery partner will show up at your doorstep and carefully check the product; if it meets the return policy criteria, it will be taken back.
Also, ensure that while giving or sending the product back, give the original receipt, and the package must be in intact condition. Understand that the courier cost is not refundable and will be borne by the customer.
Kindly understand that if the product got damaged due to your negligence, mishandling, or other personal reasons, you are not eligible for the return as per the return policy. On the other hand, if your reasons are valid or genuine, we will surely initiate the return or refund of the product as per your choice.
